Sex Neutral Items

The following items can be used on one or both sexes prior to a breeding.

Leopard Tail

Boosts the chance of a random rosette on cubs by 5% if criteria is met. Also boosts the chance of a Pardus marking on cubs if criteria is met, and boosts the chance for existing Pardus markings to pass down. This effect stacks if used on both parents.

Use

Leopard Tail boosts the chances of a random rosette appearing on a cub if the criteria for rosettes are met. Any breeding can be eligible for a rosette, but certain rosette types have specific criteria. The boost chance is 5% if a Leopard Tail is used on either parent. If Leopard Tail is used on both parents, the effect will stack and there will be a 10% boost for a spontaneous rosette.
Leopard Tail also boosts the chance of a Pardus marking mutating if conditions for a Pardus mutation are met. Leopard Tail also boosts the chance of an existing Pardus marking passing down. If used on both parents, this effect stacks.

Notes

* The chance for a spontaneous rosette rolls for each cubs in the litter.
* Leopard Tail does not affect the pass rate of the parents' existing rosettes.
* If an Ochre Gnawrock is used on a Mottled Rosette with a Leopard tail, the Gnawrock prevents a Pardus mutation from occurring.

Ochre Gnawrock

Give this to your chosen lion/stud to make their next litter inherit one marking of your choice. Their offspring will inherit the marking in the same slot with the same opacity as the parent. Can only be used once per parent per breeding.

Use

Ochre Gnawrocks will guarantee that a lion's chosen marking will pass down to all cubs in their next immediate breeding. The marking will be in the same slot as the parent's, with the same opacity that the parent's marking has. Only one Ochre Gnawrock can be used per parent, so you can effectively secure one marking from each parent for a breeding.

Flavour Text When Used

Your lion enjoys gnawing on a new toy. It tastes a bit funny, but the ochre is now gone, and their tongue is all brown. Blaaaah!

Notes

* Ochre Gnawrock affects all cubs in the litter and must be used before breeding.
* If you, for some reason, give two parents an Ochre Gnawrock in the same marking slot, the mother's item will be used and the father's will remain unused, carrying on the effect onto his next breeding.

Ochre Powder

Increases the chance of non-rosette markings passing to cubs by 10%. This effect stacks if used on both mother and father. It can be used with Ochre Gnawrock - it will ignore guaranteed slot and increase chances of others.

Opal Saltlick will guarantee the passing of your chosen lion's eye colour in their next immediate breeding.

Your lion enjoys gnawing on a new toy. It tastes a bit funny, but the salt is now gone, and their tongue is all rainbow. Blaaaah!

Rock Salt

Give this mineral to your chosen lion/stud to make their next litter inherit the skin colour from the parent you chose.

Use

Rock Salt will guarantee your chosen lion passing their skin colour in their next immediate breeding.

Flavour Text When Used

Your lion licks it slowly, making squirmy faces. Don't be so salty, man.

This item will bless your lioness with a perfect womb! During every breeding, she will act as if she has a permanent Black Stallion effect. Warning - removing the decor will remove the effect.

This herb will induce a miscarriage on any pregnant lioness. The lioness will come back into heat again in 3 days. Her mutation chance will increase, as well as the lethality of the mutation.

Lion Meat

Cannibalism is unnatural enough to cause your lioness's next breeding to have a low chance to result with a mutated cub. (Chance is much greater than 1% fertility would have, but lower than GMO cow).

You give the lion meat to your lioness, convincing her it's just a slightly-rotting antelope. After eating it, she exclaims that she feels very sick. Cannibalism is... unsettling. Not only because you intentionally hid where the meat came from, but it clearly did something bad to her body.

Use this item on your king (or stud) to boost the chances of a mutation variation for their next immediate litter. Works for only one breeding at a time. Currently can only be given to Primals. Boosts chance of a Ferus cub if both parents are Ferus.

Use

Give to a stud with the Primal, Primal (Felis), Primal (Ferus), or Primal (Smilus) mutations before breeding to boost the chances that a Primal variation will be produced in their immediate litter. If given to a Primal (Ferus) stud before he breeds to a Primal (Ferus) lioness, the chance of a Primal (Ferus) cub being produced is boosted.
