Messages are a private form of communication between you and other users; this includes alerts, direct messages, notifications, and more. You can read more about what messages entail here.

There are two main currencies on Lioden: Silver Beetles (SB) and Gold Beetles (GB).

• Silver Beetles are the site's main free currency.
• Gold Beetles are the site's premium currency.
• To learn more about Lioden's currencies, check out the currency page.

Should you click on either the Silver Beetles or Gold Beetles that are on the top bar, you will be taken to your Beetle History pages (Silver Beetles and Gold Beetles). Beetle History reflects the Silver or Gold Beetles that you have gained, as well as the ones you've spent. However, it is important to note that eventually, currency logs that are past a certain date will be wiped. Due to this, if you've made an important transaction, it's a good idea to save the message notification that's related to that transaction so that it's not lost!

On your Gold Beetle History page, you will find Gold Beetle Purchase History → located at the bottom. Click this link, and you'll be taken to a page that features all of the Gold Beetles that you have purchased from Lioden Ltd using real-life currency; these transactions do not get wiped!

Your journal is a notepad that no one but you can see. You can use it to store anything you like; personal notes/reminders, links, etc. Just be sure to click save changes once you've added to it, or if you have made an edit.

Before making use of the Modbox, it's important to be familiar with Lioden Ltd's staff roles. As, depending on your issue, the Modbox may not actually be the best place for you to go!

• Administrators: Paid staff that manages Lioden; should you create a Modbox ticket, your ticket may be escalated to them if the situation calls for an Administrator. That said, if you're looking to speak directly with an Administrator, you should instead contact the Support Team at support@lioden.com.
• Artists, Coders, and Writers: Paid staff that creates content for Lioden. Unlike the Administrator and Moderator Teams, you cannot contact them directly; however, if you are experiencing a bug that's related to art, coding, or writing then you can notify these staff members via the Bug Box.
• Moderators: Volunteers that enforce Lioden's rules; these staff members have no impact on the game itself and can be contacted via the Modbox.

Now that you know Lioden's staff roles, onto the Modbox! The Modbox is where you can go if you're having issues with your account, the game itself, or another player; although, that sounds pretty vague overall, yeah? So, here's a breakdown of the ticket options, and what you can report via each one:

My Account —

• I want to request an IP Exception: If a member of your household is looking to create an account, and there's already 2 accounts on your IP.
• I cannot link my accounts: If you can't link your main and side accounts.
• I need to unlink my accounts: If you need to unlink your main and side accounts.
• I need assistance retrieving account details: If you need assistance in retrieving account details.
• My account is stuck in battle or claiming a lion: If you are stuck when doing either of these actions.
• There's a problem with some of my game currency: If you didn't receive currency after you should have been provided it via an in-game action.
• I'm having a problem with an account tool or feature: If an account-related feature isn't working.
• Other: If the problem you are experiencing is account-related, but it does not fit into the other ticket options.

Another User —

• Inappropriate or offensive name: If another user's display name is in violation of Lioden's rules.
• They broke a rule: If another user is in violation of Lioden's rules.
• They scammed me: If another user did not uphold their side of an agreement.
• They are harassing me: If another user is targeting you.
• Other: If it relates to another user, but does not fit into the other ticket options.

Lion or Lioness —

• Inappropriate or offensive name: If another user's lion's name is in violation of Lioden's rules.
• Stuck in a hunt or patrol: If your lion is stuck doing either of these actions.
• Issue with breeding: If you are having an issue with breeding/studding.
• Issue with decorations or background: If you are having an issue with a decoration/background.
• Issue with markings or appearance: If you are having an issue with a lion's appearance.
• Other: If it relates to a lion, but does not fit into the other ticket options.

Items —

• Problems with buying or crafting an item: If you are having an issue with obtaining an item.
• Can't find an item I've purchased: If an item that you obtained is not appearing in your Hoard.
• Item I've used isn't working properly: If an item isn't working as intended.
• Made a mistake using an item: If you applied the incorrect item, or didn't apply it as you intended.
• Issues with a trade: If you are experiencing problems with a trade.
• Other: If it relates to an item, but does not fit into the other ticket options.

• I haven't received my GB and I'm not in the EU: If you purchased GB with real life currency and did not receive it.
• I haven't received my GB and I am in the EU: If you purchased GB with real life currency and did not receive it.
• Other: If you purchased GB with real life currency, but your issue doesn't fit into the other ticket options.

Other —

• I have a question about the game's rules and policies: If you have a question about Lioden's rules.
• I have a question about a moderator action taken against my account: If you have a question about an action that a moderator took against your account.
• Miscellaneous: If your inquiry/issue does not fit into ANY of the other ticket options. However, if you have a gameplay-related question, try these other places first: FAQ, Main/Help Chat, Game Help, or the Wiki.

One of the most important things to know about Lioden is that Lioden has its own time, otherwise known as Lioden Time. This time does not ever roll back or forwards, and remains the same year-long. Everything involving time on Lioden is based on this clock.

Going in hand with having its own time, Lioden also has its own night/day and season cycles. These cycles impact breeding, explore, shops, and more. To become familiar with the ins and outs of these cycles, check out our Seasons and Time page.

Directly underneath Lioden's time, you will find numbers that display the amount of users currently online, in addition to the amount of users on your friend's list that are also online. Clicking on these areas will take you to a list of who is online in that category!

Each month, Lioden has a different Events that comes with its own unique currency; the amount of that specific currency (or those specific currencies) that you have will be displayed here. Should the Event change, the currency that's listed here will change too!

Click on a currency's name to be taken to that month's Event page!

The Lion Statistics section displays your King's energy, hunger, experience, impression level, overall level, and impression title. You can learn how these stats work via the following pages: Getting Started, Your Lion.

At the bottom of this section, you will also find a link to your cooldowns. The cooldowns page features game (season, leaderboards, etc), personal (hunting, questing, etc), and expiration cooldowns (feed-all, play-all, auto-nesting, etc).

Achievements are challenges that are available for various site features. As you progress throughout the game, you'll find yourself unlocking them! Currently, achievements do not provide you with any rewards, just satisfaction and bragging rights!

You can bookmark any page on Lioden for easy access. To do this, simply select Bookmark at the top right of the page; if you don't see Bookmark as an option, it means that you've already bookmarked that specific page!

The first ten pages that you bookmark will automatically be displayed on your sidebar, but don't worry, you can certainly bookmark more than ten pages and you can change which ones are displayed!

To manage your bookmarks, click on the bookmarks header. This will then take you to the bookmarks page, where you can delete bookmarks, pin/unpin them from the sidebar, and also create folders to organize them in. You can have up to ten pinned bookmarks, in which they'll display in alphabetical order.

Game Stats shows stats that are relative to Lioden itself!

• Total Members: The total amount of accounts on Lioden.
• Lionesses Owned: The total amount of currently owned lionesses.
• Sub Males Owned: The total amount of currently owned sub males.
• Cubs Bred: The total amount of cubs that have been bred on Lioden.

Underneath this list, you will also find a clickable number attached to the total number of mutated lions that have existed on Lioden. By clicking this number, you will be taken to the Global Mutation Counter. This counter tells you the amount of Total Mutations (living, deceased, immortal, total), Total Living Individual Mutations (individual mutations), Total Immortal Individual Mutations (individual mutations), and Total Deceased Individual Mutations (individual mutations). If a mutation is not listed here, then none currently exist in the game!

As the side bar count only updates every 15-minutes, you'll want to check the Global Mutation Counter for the current count.

Yes, Lioden does have official Social Media pages. If you come across a Lioden social media page that is not on this list, then it is not an official Lioden account, and has no association with Lioden Ltd.

If you own two accounts, you can link them together by visting the bottom of your Den Page. Linking your accounts will allow you to switch between them without having to login/logout, and it will also let you easily transfer Event Currency between them (sweet, right?). Do note that your accounts are still seperate accounts, and that an action that you take on one account will not transfer to the other.

Once linked, you'll find a Switch Account button near the bottom of the right side bar. Clicking it will switch you to your other account.
