To complete this quest, you need to send at least one lioness out on a hunt. The sparkling crocodile poop is not a physical item. It is flavour text that is randomly given out while hunting.
There is no guarantee as to when your lioness(es) will find a sparkling crocodile poop, and there is no set amount of hunts that the lioness(es) must go on; it is random. When they have found one, you will see it on your Hunt Results page.
You can pay to skip hunts in order to progress quickly with this quest.
Once your lioness(es) have found a sparkling crocodile poop, return to the Demiurge.
