Achievements - Lioden Wiki

Achievements were added to Lioden as a fun way of challenging yourself to do things you haven't done before! They're also a great way to compete with other users on who's done the most with their pride and kings. Some of them may be easy, while others are difficult and rely on luck—there are even achievements you probably didn't know existed! All of the achievements are definitely possible; they just take a little bit of effort, and a little bit of luck.

You can see the full list of achievements below, ordered by category, with a few tips and tricks on how to get each one.

Total Achievements: 142

Of these 142 total achievements, only 118 achievements count towards your achievements progress bar.

Breeding

Breeding achievements are awarded through breeding with lionesses and using items to increase your odds of getting specific cubs.

There are a total of 13 achievements in this category.

Breeding Achievements
Title	Description	How to Get
A Bun In The Oven	First successful breeding with one of your own lionesses.	Breed with an in-heat lioness that you own.
Safe And Sound	Nest your pregnant lioness for the first time.	Nest a pregnant lioness that you own.
Pitter Patter	Your first litter of cubs has been born.	Have a lioness successfully give birth to a litter of cubs.
Reaching New Heights	Have a cub born with 100 or more stats.	Make sure one or both parents have over 400 stats, and breed them together.
Bare Necessities	Have a cub born without any markings.	Breed together two markingless lions, or as few markings as possible. You can still get this achievement even if both parents have 20 markings each - it's just very rare.
Are You Sure That's A Lion?	Have a cub born with a Cheetah or Hyena marking.	Breed together two lions that have markings containing the words "Cheetah" or "Hyena".
Bountiful	Have a litter of four cubs born.	It's possible to get a four cub litter without using any breeding items, but to increase your odds, you can use a Buffalo Scrotum on the male lion.
Special Snowflake	Have a cub born with a Special rarity base.	Breed together two lions that have a Special rarity base for the best odds of getting this achievement.
Passing On The Family Traits	Have a cub born with a mutation.	Using Cotton Root Barks, GMO Cows, and Lion Meat on your lionesses gives you an increased chance of mutations. Check the Mutations page for more information.
An Unfortunate Birth	Have a cub born with a lethal mutation.	Using Cotton Root Barks on your lionesses gives you the best lethal mutation chance. Check the Mutations page for more information.
If At First You Don't Succeed…	Have a total of 250 failed breeding attempts.	The lower your lioness's fertility, the more chances it may take for her to become pregnant. Breeding to a 1% fertility lioness gives you the best odds of having a failed breeding attempt.
Not Meant To Be	Have a total of 500 failed breeding attempts.	The lower your lioness's fertility, the more chances it may take for her to become pregnant. Breeding to a 1% fertility lioness gives you the best odds of having a failed breeding attempt.
What About Adoption?	Have a total of 1,000 failed breeding attempts.	The lower your lioness's fertility, the more chances it may take for her to become pregnant. Breeding to a 1% fertility lioness gives you the best odds of having a failed breeding attempt.

Exploring

Exploring achievements all can be won through exploring over time. You don't need to do anything special for most of these—just click that paw print.

There are a total of 22 achievements in this category.

Running Out of Space	Find 10,000 items while exploring.	Come across 10,000 of any type of item while your king is exploring.
A Whole New World	Take 50 explorative steps in any zone.	All you need to do is hit the paw print and keep exploring. The steps will add up over time, and carry over throughout your kings.
I Would Walk 500 Steps	Take 500 explorative steps in any zone.	All you need to do is hit the paw print and keep exploring. The steps will add up over time, and carry over throughout your kings.
…And I Would Walk 500 More	Take 1,000 explorative steps in any zone.	All you need to do is hit the paw print and keep exploring. The steps will add up over time, and carry over throughout your kings.
My Feet Hurt	Take 5,000 explorative steps in any zone.	All you need to do is hit the paw print and keep exploring. The steps will add up over time, and carry over throughout your kings.
We've Come Too Far	Take 20,000 explorative steps in any zone.	All you need to do is hit the paw print and keep exploring. The steps will add up over time, and carry over throughout your kings.
To Infinity, And Beyond	Take 50,000 explorative steps in any zone.	All you need to do is hit the paw print and keep exploring. The steps will add up over time, and carry over throughout your kings.
Bug Catcher	Collect 1,000 Silver Beetles while exploring.	Make sure to have less than 5,000 Silver Beetles on your accounts at all times when going for this achievement; you can't collect more SB from Explore if you have more than 5,000!
Creepy Crawly Friends	Collect 3,000 Silver Beetles while exploring.	Make sure to have less than 5,000 Silver Beetles on your accounts at all times when going for this achievement; you can't collect more SB from Explore if you have more than 5,000!
Serial Beetle Sniffer	Collect 5,000 Silver Beetles while exploring.	Make sure to have less than 5,000 Silver Beetles on your accounts at all times when going for this achievement; you can't collect more SB from Explore if you have more than 5,000!
Beetle Barmy	Collect 10,000 Silver Beetles while exploring.	Make sure to have less than 5,000 Silver Beetles on your accounts at all times when going for this achievement; you can't collect more SB from Explore if you have more than 5,000!
Nearly a Millionnaire	Collect 25,000 Silver Beetles while exploring.	Make sure to have less than 5,000 Silver Beetles on your accounts at all times when going for this achievement; you can't collect more SB from Explore if you have more than 5,000!
Nearly a Billionnaire	Collect 50,000 Silver Beetles while exploring.	Make sure to have less than 5,000 Silver Beetles on your accounts at all times when going for this achievement; you can't collect more SB from Explore if you have more than 5,000!
Not Quite A Casanova	Get smacked by 20 lionesses while at "Impressive" Impression or higher.	The claiming system is a little skill with a lot of "luck of the draw". The easiest way to get this is to perform opposite-personality actions on a lioness; for example, "Good/Kind" actions on an "Evil/Snarky" lioness, or vice versa.
Deflated Ego	Be smacked while trying to claim a lioness on "Dreamboat" Impression.	The claiming system is a little skill with a lot of "luck of the draw". The easiest way to get this is to perform opposite-personality actions on a lioness; for example, "Good/Kind" actions on an "Evil/Snarky" lioness, or vice versa.
Rude, Much?	Slap a lioness that you're claiming in explore.	While in the claiming screen, hit the "Slap" button to initiate a battle and get this achievement.
Ladies' Man	Claim a total of 50 lionesses in explore.	Use Catnip to attract NCLs to your king for 30 minutes per Catnip used—this way, you'll come across more NCLs.
Martyr Blood	Achieved for brutally murdering a good lion in explore.	You must be at -400 karma or lower to come across this encounter. Check out the Karma Encounters page for more information.
Dove of Peace	Achieved for impressing an evil lion in explore.	You must be at 400 karma or higher to come across this encounter. Check out the Karma Encounters page for more information.

Battling

Battling achievements, as you can tell from the name, are achievements that you can earn while your king is battling against opponents in Explore. You don't need high stats to get these, but they do help!

There are a total of 11 achievements in this category.

Battling Achievements
Title	Description	How to Get
Fatality	Lost your first NPC battle.	Losing to any NPC battle will trigger this achievement. For lower level NPCs, try the "Rest" or "Roar" actions to antagonise your opponent.
Come At Me Bro	Won your first NPC battle.	The easiest NPCs to get this achievement with would be soft-skinned NPCs such as Boerboels, Geladas, Humans, or Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Use "Grab", then "Claw" your way to victory!
Qualifier	Win 10 NPC battles.	You can get this achievement slowly over time. To make it go by faster, you can use Lucky Feet against every opponent you encounter in Explore.
Challenger	Win 100 NPC battles.	You can get this achievement slowly over time. To make it go by faster, you can use Lucky Feet against every opponent you encounter in Explore.
Champion	Win 1,000 NPC battles.	You can get this achievement slowly over time. To make it go by faster, you can use Lucky Feet against every opponent you encounter in Explore.
Master	Win 10,000 NPC battles.	You can get this achievement slowly over time. To make it go by faster, you can use Lucky Feet against every opponent you encounter in Explore.
Skilful Master	Win 5 NPC battles in a row.	If you're careful with the actions you take, and make sure to battle lower level opponents, this is easy to get. If you'd rather not take your chances, you can use 5 Lucky Feet in a row to autowin your battles.
Skill or Luck?	Win 10 NPC battles in a row.	If you're careful with the actions you take, and make sure to battle lower level opponents, this is easy to get. If you'd rather not take your chances, you can use 10 Lucky Feet in a row to autowin your battles.
Zen Master	Win 50 NPC battles in a row.	The best way to achieve this is to stock up on Lucky Feet (available during April and August) and use them to win all 50 battles.
Just Getting Started	Won an NPC battle with 90% or more health remaining.	Your health bar does not really tell you how much you have left. Make sure you "Rest" before you lose too much health. You may get lucky and not have any health taken from you at all in a battle.
Playing It Safe	Retreat from an NPC battle.	To do this, hit "Flee". Fleeing from lower level opponents is very easy; most of the time, you'll get away successfully.

General

General achievements are focused all around the site, not in one specific area. You can get these from being active in multiple areas of the site, including the forums!

There are a total of 19 achievements in this category.

General Achievements
Title	Description	How to Get
My First Lion!	Join Lioden and roll your very first male lion.	If you're a new player, you'll automatically receive this once you make your male. If you're an older player, you can get this by rerolling your male.
It's Raining, It's Pouring	Experience your very first Wet Season.	This achievement will automatically be awarded to you once it becomes Wet Season. You can see what season it is on the sidebar above your king's information.
D'oh	Have 99% EXP and 0% Energy.	EXP will come naturally to you through fights and some encounters in Explore. Around level 5, you will start noticing your EXP will go to 99% rather than instantly hitting 100%. Make sure not to get any more EXP once you're at 99% and waste all your energy to trigger this.
They All Love Me	Raise your Impression to "Dreamboat" level.	Earn impression from winning fights against NPCs, claiming lionesses, or using Dove Feast on your male. You'll receive this achievement once you level up from Extremely Impressive to Dreamboat.
Time To Shine	Attempted to impress a special lioness.	Every Friday, a new special lioness is put up. Make sure you're a Dreamboat, then spend 50 SB to try and impress her.
Chug That Energy Boost	Use your first Energy Boost.	Own or purchase an Energy Boost, then use it on your king when you're out of energy. You can either use it through your Hoard or through the Explore page to trigger this achievement.
Old Age Pensioner	Retire for the first time.	You can still receive this achievement if you have retired your kings before achievements were implemented. Wait until he can be retired for free, or early retire him for a fee.
Retirement Fund	Retire your lion with more than 10,000 Silver Beetles.	You must have 10,000 Silver Beetles on-hand, not in a bundle, in a raffle, or offered in a trade, in order to get this achievement. The achievement will be awarded to you as soon as you complete your king's retirement process.
Craftscat	Craft one item under Decor Crafting.	Craft together items to create an applicator, background, or decor under Monkey Business's Crafting page.
Artisan	Craft 30 items total under Decor Crafting.	Craft together items to create an applicator, background, or decor under Monkey Business's Crafting page.
Who Needs Thumbs?!	Craft 100 items total under Decor Crafting.	Craft together items to create an applicator, background, or decor under Monkey Business's Crafting page.
Alas, Poor Yorick	Have 100 or more skulls in your Hoard at one time.	All skulls must be in your Hoard, not in the Buried section. You can come across skulls in Explore, buy them from other users, or find them in Toy Bundles.
Hoarding Those Carcasses	Have 50 or more carcasses in your Hoard at one time.	All carcasses must be in your Hoard, not in the Buried section. You can send your lionesses out on hunts, rarely come across carcasses in Explore, buy them from other users, or find them in Food Bundles.
Almost a Feather Duster	Have 100 or more feathers in your Hoard at one time.	All feathers must be in your Hoard, not in the Buried section. You can come across feathers in Explore, buy them from other users, or find them in Toy Bundles.
Happy Chatter	Posted 20 times in the forums.	You can get this from posting on any and all threads. Make sure not to spam!
Chatterbox	Posted 50 times in the forums.	You can get this from posting on any and all threads. Make sure not to spam!
Community Regular	Posted 100 times in the forums.	You can get this from posting on any and all threads. Make sure not to spam!
Forum Champion	Posted 500 times in the forums.	You can get this from posting on any and all threads. Make sure not to spam!
King of the News	Scored this randomly while being awesome and commenting on the news.	It doesn't matter if you're the first user to post on the news, or the last. Try to comment on each weekly news post to boost your chances.

Trading

Trading achievements can be received through the Trading Center and Monkey Business. They all involve selling something you own, either to another user or to the Monkey! Make sure you save all your items and lions up to unlock these.

Title	Description	How to Get
Thank You, Come Again	Sell 10 items to Monkey Business.	This does not need to be done at once; it can be done over time. All transactions will count towards this total amount.
He Who Dares, Wins	Sell 100 items to Monkey Business.	This does not need to be done at once; it can be done over time. All transactions will count towards this total amount.
Pleasure Doing Business With You	Sell 1,000 items to Monkey Business.	This does not need to be done at once; it can be done over time. All transactions will count towards this total amount.
Wholly Wholesale	Sell 100 or more items to Monkey Business in one transaction.	This achievement works perfectly with the "Alas, Poor Yorick", "Almost a Feather Duster", or "Hoarding Those Carcasses" achievements. You need to sell a bulk stack of 100 or more items to the Monkey at one time.
Hasta La Vista, Baby	Successfully trade one of your lionesses for the first time.	An easy way to do this is to sell lions you don't care much about as karma fodder. The trade will get bought out quickly, so long as it is reasonably priced.

Pride

Pride achievements center around your king's pride, and the actions he takes when interacting with them. These achievements can be easy to get if your king is neglectful, or difficult if you have a personal attachment to some lions.

There are a total of 18 achievements in this category.

Title	Description	How to Get
Young Love	Successfully court and claim your first lioness.	If you aren't a Dreamboat, you may get slapped a lot. Keep trying to impress NCLs in Explore until one agrees to go with you.
Bringing Home the Bacon	First successful lioness hunt.	Neglect feeding or playing with one specific lioness. You can reclaim her for 200 SB when she runs.
Coming and Going	First lioness to leave the pride from hunger or boredom.	If you aren't a Dreamboat, you may get slapped a lot. Keep trying to impress NCLs in Explore until one agrees to go with you.
Flying the Nest	First cub grew up into an adolescent.	Keep a newborn cub until they age up to an adolescent, which takes 12 real life days. You can also buy an 11 month old cub, and keep it until rollover.
See Ya Later, Alligator	First time chasing away a lioness.	You can chase off a cub, adolescent, or lion of any gender to get this achievement.
Bad Dad	Chase off a lioness who has cubs.	You cannot retrieve lionesses that you have chased, killed, or preserved. Make sure you attempt this with an NCL or lioness you don't care about.
Mutie-Lation	Chase, kill, or nature reserve a mutated lion.	Any lion with a mutation, regardless of age or gender, will count for this achievement.
Ahh, Retirement…	Retire a lioness with 100 or more successful hunts.	Lionesses can be retired once they reach 14 years of age. Make sure you hunt your lioness starting from when she's 2 years of age, and she'll definitely have enough hunts by the time she ages up to 14.
Rest In Peace	First pride member death.	Keep a lion until they die naturally of old age. This happens between 15 to 16 years of age.
Where Did They Go?	Equip a Translucent Jellyfish onto one of your lions.	Translucent Jellyfish can be purchased from the Oasis for 2 GB. Equip one onto any lion in your pride and you'll get this achievement.
Fountain Of Youth	Use Argan Oil on one of your lions.	Starting at 13 years of age, lions will get "age lines" or "wrinkles" that show they're getting older. Argan Oil can be purchased from the Oasis for 1 GB. Use Argan Oil on a lion that has age lines to get this achievement.
Bird's Eye View	Have the Falcon's Eye discover an abnormality with your cub.	Pay the 60 SB fee for the Falcon's Eye on a cub that has a hidden mutation. If the Falcon discovers something wrong with them, you'll get this achievement.
On Your Mark!	Use a marking applicator on one of your lions.	Using any marking applicator on any of your lions, including your king, will give you this achievement.
Home Base	Use a base changer on one of your lions.	Using any base changer on any of your lions, including your king, will give you this achievement.
Eyes On You	Use an eye colour changer on one of your lions.	Using any eye colour changer on any of your lions, including your king, will give you this achievement.
My Father's Final Words Were…	King an heir with a Snarky or Evil personality type.	When retiring your king, choose an heir that has a Snarky or Evil personality type. Any personality within those types will count for this achievement. You can either choose to keep your king's appearance or keep your heir's appearance - the only thing that matters is your heir's personality.
Wait A Minute…	Change your king's personality.	Use any of the five personality masks on your king. Once you change his personality, you will be awarded this achievement.
Hide The Evidence!	Remove or replace a marking on one of your lions.	Use a Marking Removal or Marking Replacer on any of your lions to get this achievement.

Quests

Quests achievements are unlocked by completing quests with the green snake in Explore. For the snake quest achievements, you do not need to do all of the quests in a row; they add up over time. To find out more information on how to do the snake's quests, go to the Quests & Snakes page.

Quest Complete	Successfully complete your first quest with the Snake.	Find or purchase the items he needs, use the Hunting Prey List to send out your lionesses on the right tiles, or go to the proper biome to battle the enemies he asks for.
Regular Hero	Complete 10 quests with the Snake.	Find or purchase the items he needs, use the Hunting Prey List to send out your lionesses on the right tiles, or go to the proper biome to battle the enemies he asks for.
I Hate That Snake	Complete 50 quests with the Snake.	Find or purchase the items he needs, use the Hunting Prey List to send out your lionesses on the right tiles, or go to the proper biome to battle the enemies he asks for.
SNAAAAAAAAAKE	Complete 100 quests with the Snake.	Find or purchase the items he needs, use the Hunting Prey List to send out your lionesses on the right tiles, or go to the proper biome to battle the enemies he asks for.
Lazy Worker	Fail to complete a snake quest within the given time limit.	Snake quests expire three days after they're assigned to you. Just ignore the quest and don't complete it to get this achievement.
Not Today	Change your quest with the Snake one time.	If your king has the Bold (Snarky) or Forgiving (Good) personalities, you can change your quest with the Questing Snake for free once per day. You can also buy a Snake Skull from Monkey Business for 150 SB, use it in your Hoard, then change your quest with the Questing Snake to get this achievement.
Boop The Snoot	Change your quest with the Snake 15 total times.	Having a king with the Bold (Snarky) or Forgiving (Good) personalities and using the Snake Skull item will let you change your quest twice per day. Use this method and you'll get the achievement within 8 days.

Games

Game achievements are awarded for reaching certain milestones while playing or participating in the games on Lioden.

There are a total of 9 achievements in this category.

Hungry, Hungry Snake	Earn a score of 100 or more points in one game of Reptile Roundup.	Playing on Hard Mode may be the best way to get this achievement, as food items are worth more points on Hard Mode.
Every Last Bite	Earn a score of 200 or more points in one game of Reptile Roundup.	Playing on Hard Mode may be the best way to get this achievement, as food items are worth more points on Hard Mode.
Smack-A-Snake	Earn a score of 500 or more points in one game of Whack-A-Snake.
The Mad Whacker	Earn a score of 1,000 or more points in one game of Whack-A-Snake.
Do The Shuffle	Earn a score of 5,000 or more points in one game of Serengeti Shuffle.	Serengeti Shuffle is your typical Match-3 type game, like Bejeweled. Play fast and try to get as many matches as possible within the time limit to get this score.
Maybe It's Luck…	Win a prize from Cups 3 times in a row.	The best thing to do is play Cups once every hour. Eventually the stars will align and you'll win prizes 3 times in a row.
…Or Maybe You're A Psychic	Win a prize from Cups 5 times in a row.	The best thing to do is play Cups once every hour. Eventually the stars will align and you'll win prizes 5 times in a row.
All That Glitters Is… Silver?	Win the daily Silver Beetle raffle.	The best thing to do is enter the Silver Beetle raffle each day. There are three winners per day, so you're bound to be one of them eventually!
Jackpot!	Scored the jackpot on the Slots game.	The best thing to do is play Slots five times every hour. Eventually you will land on the three Gold Beetles.

Events

Event achievements are only unlocked for reaching certain criteria during site events or completing a portion of an event storyline.

Bone Collector	Unlock the Peddler shop in the August Drought event and gained the title 'Bone Collector'.	Visit the Peddler Shop during August once it has been unlocked, and this achievement will trigger.
The Albino Cub Challenge	Participated in the Albino cub challenge in December.	Visit the Albino Cub Challenge page to see how this can be accomplished.
Punk	Completed the Punk challenge during the May event.	Visit the Punk Breeding Challenge page to see how this can be accomplished.

Challenger

Challenger achievements are unique in the fact that you cannot see the achievements you haven't unlocked yet. They only appear on your achievements page once you have completed the requirements to unlock it. These achievements are more difficult to get than others, and some require users to spend real money to get them.

There are a total of 24 achievements in this category.
Challenger achievements do not count towards your achievements progress bar.

Not all challenger achievements are listed below. Some are still hidden due to their rarity, as well as the fact that they are still new and have yet to be achieved.

Challenger Achievements
Title	Description	How to Get
Pick And Choose	Purchase your first Oasis item.	Any item you purchase will give you this achievement. There are several items that cost 1 GB that you can purchase.
Specialist Customer	Purchase 5 items from the Oasis.	A good way to get this one is to buy one of each type of pose, or five of any item that costs 1 GB.
Dress To Impress	Customise your main lion for the first time.	Customise your main male once via "Customise Your Lion" in the Oasis.
Never Satisfied	Customise your main lion for the third time.	Customise your main male three times via "Customise Your Lion" in the Oasis.
Flawless Female	Customise a lioness for the first time.	Customise a new lioness via "Custom Lioness" in the Oasis.
Sore Throat	Win a battle with a single roar.	Test your luck and use the "Roar" option on every NPC battle until it succeeds. Using this on weaker, lower level, or close-to-death opponents are your best odds.
Super Supporter	Purchase 20 GB from the Oasis.	Since $10 is the lowest amount you can use to purchase GB, you can purchase this once and receive the achievement.
Fervent Fan	Purchase 50 GB from the Oasis.	This does not need to be all at one time. Your total purchases add up and count towards this achievement.
Dazzling Devotee	Purchase 100 GB from the Oasis.	This does not need to be all at one time. Your total purchases add up and count towards this achievement.
Captivating, Candid, Charming Champion	Purchase 500 GB from the Oasis.	This does not need to be all at one time. Your total purchases add up and count towards this achievement.

To unlock this achievement, retire your king while you are still within the 30 rollover cooldown period.
